Job description:

  • Manage Contingent Worker administration
  • Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor.
  • Ensure data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Request POs, follow up with pending approvals and wrong/unpaid invoices
  • Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support HR decision-making
  • Administrative interface with Internal Stakeholder (Purchasing, Recruitment, Accounts Payables)
  • Administrative interface with external Stakeholder (agents)
  • Responsible for the Onboarding & Offboarding of the Contingent Workforce and Track work effectiveness on invoicing process
  • Storage of all required documentation in contractor’s file and SAP
  • Storage of Contingent Workforce evaluation (SQR) documentation in contractor’s file and SAP
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.

 

Job requirements:

  • 1-3 years of HR related working experience
  • Experience in an HR shared service is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
