RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+) = The Logistic coordinator is a position within Supply Chain department, to be assigned on yard and dedicated to a project. The main responsibilities of logistic coordinator are not only to ensure strict control of SBM incoming or outgoing shipment, but also the accuracy and completeness of the information in SBM’s ERP database (NADIA). The main tasks as follows: Before shipments arrived at yard: + To support yard complete e-book registration by liaising with internal stakeholders to understand what material or equipment is, before ETD. + To prepare customs declaration elements based on yard requirement, by retrieving information from ECDR (NEO), including but not limited to functions, purpose, mechanism depends on defined HS code. + If final shipper located in China, coordinate with them for delivery to BLP (bonded logistic park) and liaise with yard for e-book registration, follow up door to door delivery. + To participate kick off meeting for OOG shipment via chartered vessel to be delivered at yard’s quayside, be a focal point for freight forwarder, yard construction, yard warehouse, Marine Warranty Survey in terms of all the un-loading details. + To organize pre-discharge meeting, working with yard construction, SBM inspector to finalize details like lifting plan, prevention actions and on-site date depends on availability of quayside and gantry crane. + To monitor yard performing customs declaration in time. + Compile logistic tracker to follow up inbound shipments from POD until final delivery date. + Organize weekly meeting to keep yard informed of upcoming shipment. + To support project transfer material from yard A and yard B. + To support towing activities including hull delivery from yard A to yard B, assisting FPSO sail away. + Other tasks that assigned by project team and lead logistic coordinator.

After shipments arrived at yard:

+ To witness delivery of material / equipment at yard. Liaise with site team to keep yard informed of arrival of goods in advance.

+ To report if any visualized damage happened to outer package.

+ To witness the unstuffing and receiving of containers / barge when shipment arrives at yard.

+ To prepare and work with material controller, determine the storage location.

+ To ensure project material proper storage and preservation.

+ To ensure that updated data are populated in Supply Chain applications in good manner.

+ To interface with the Yard’s warehouse for all deliveries and intra-site material transfer.

Requirement:

Logistic or supply chain or relevant degree

At least 8 years relevant working experience in oil & gas project.

Flexible on travel and re-location based on project request.

Independent, result-driven, details oriented, multiple tasks player

Be able to work under high pressure, especially during peak season.

Fluent in oral and written English

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Good planning, communication skills.
