Our Supply Chain is completely integrated with our global project teams around the world to ensure that we fully serve the needs of our clients. Project procurement activities representing a substantial part of an FPSO project budget, Supply Chain is structured around a robust strategic sourcing and key vendor account management. Given the growing complexity of our FPSOs and our ever changing business needs, our Supply Chain is fully embedded in all Company transformation programs such as Digitalization and Fas4ward new ways of working.
