Purpose

  • As a Change Management Business Partner, your role is to provide expert advisory services and support to a portfolio of change initiatives across the organization to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes through adoption and usage. You will partner with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to embed change management best practices, build change capability, and drive adoption of change initiatives. By leveraging your expertise and insights, you will enable the successful execution of change projects and contribute to building a change-ready culture.

Responsibilities

  • As a Change Management Business Partner you are responsible for
  • Providing strategic guidance and advice to project teams and stakeholders on change management principles, methodologies, and tools to support the successful delivery of change initiatives
  • Partnering with project teams to develop and implement change management plans and activities, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management tactics
  • Guiding, coaching the project team enabling them to fulfill their roles with the appropriate behaviors and actions to support the change plan
  • Delivering training programs, workshops, and materials to build change management capabilities among project teams, leaders, and employees
  • Capturing and sharing lessons learned, best practices, and success stories from change initiatives to inform future projects and enhance organizational change management capability
  • Continuously assessing and refining change management approaches and tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness in supporting change efforts

Education

  • Master degree prefered in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in providing change management advisory services in a complex organizational environment.
