Purpose

  • As Global HRBP, you are the single point of trusted contact for given global Function(s), partnering with and advising the business leadership team on organizational and people related topics.
  • You are responsible for implementing global people development strategies, in line with business strategy and objectives, to accelerate business performance and sustainable growth. You are a data driven advisor to business leaders while encompassing future trends to shape decisions, co create organization design and guide changes

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for aligning business strategy and people strategy, delivering on the organizational design, workforce planning, learning and development, performance, reward, talent management and employee engagement for your functional scope.
  • You engage with your functional leadership team, building trusted relationship, challenging the business perspective, managing tension inherent in business and influencing decision making.
  • You are responsible to build and manage the flow of talent in your functional scope, taking an active role in leadership development, to meet current and future business needs in close collaboration with the HRM (region or country) and local HRBP
  • You are responsible of the staffing of the key roles in your functional scope, working in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team of external Talent acquisition and/or with the HRM (region or country) for internal mobility.
  • You are responsible of onboarding of these newly recruited key roles incombents, working closely with hiring manager and other stakeholders (including local/regional HRM and local HR BP)
  • You are responsible for animating a community of local HRBPs and engaging with HR expertise to ensure consistency in, and deliver on the HR and business roadmap
  • You are responsible to ensure consistency of data for your function and use the data to monitor HR activity’s impact on the Functions’ performance and growth and to support the decision making process
  • You are responsible to monitor at functional level and contribute to continuous improvements of HR related processes, policies and systems
  • You contribute to internal transformation initiatives, ensuring changes’ adoption across your function.

Education

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's in Human Resource Management can be advantageous.

Experience

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with previous HR Business Partner experience at local, regional or global level.
