Purpose

  • As the Senior Competencies Specialist, you are responsible for promoting the competency-based culture throughout the organization. You will drive the integration of our competencies framework into all talent management processes, ensuring that managing people by competencies becomes a fundamental part of SBM's culture. By fostering a clear understanding of competency development and assessment, you will enhance employee capabilities and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • O You ensure all stakeholders’ engagement by delivering continuous training / change plan for the HR generalists and line managers to support the post JCR project adoption, in close collaboration with various teams (Talent, Learning, Change management, etc.)
  • O You integrate the competencies framework into our talent management processes and all other processes applicable (including the coordination with HRIS)
  • O You deliver and update supporting materials on ”how to assess” and “how to develop” competencies proficiency level
  • O You identify competencies gaps and propose solutions to address them with HR Generalist and other HR expertise (Learning and Development, Internal mobility, External recruitment)
  • O You manage the governance and maintenance of the competencies’ framework
  • O You guide the HR generalists to effectively implement the competency-based culture in their respective remits.
  • O You establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of the competency-based culture.
  • O You enrich the career metro map and options for career paths within function and trans function in close collaboration with the global HRBPs to strengthen talents moves and look for the best fit talents/positions
  • O You explore and implement AI-driven tools to deliver personalized career paths
  • O You follow learning trends and market best practices to provide new ideas in line with Company's needs.
  • O You engage and influence key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to embed competences as a core component.

Education

  • Master degree in Human Resources;

Experience

  • 10+ years in HR
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing significant model change within the HR function
  • Previous experience as Global HR Business Partner
  • Previous experience in Competencies identification and development
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset focused on business results and continuous improvement.
