Purpose

  • As part of the Global HRBP for Operations team, you will contribute to strategic HR initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, capability building, and overall people development across our global scope. This internship provides hands-on exposure to talent development, competency management, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.

Responsibilities

Support Global HR Initiatives:

  • Assist the Global HRBP Operations team in the design, execution, and monitoring of global HR programs.
  • Contribute to people development initiatives, including training follow-up, development plans, and succession pipeline tracking.

Competency Management:

  • Support the deployment, update, and maintenance of the global competency framework.
  • Participate in competency gap analysis and follow-up actions in collaboration with GHRBPs and functional leaders.
  • Contribute to communication materials (guides, presentations, updates) to ensure clear understanding and adoption of competency management tools.

    Talent Management & People Development:

  • Contribute to people development initiatives, including training follow-up, development plans, and succession pipeline tracking.
  • Propose improvements to strengthen talent pipelines.

    HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Support HRBPs in data extraction, consolidation, and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across HR systems.

    Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with other HR teams (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational and functional teams to support business-driven people actions.

Education

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Strategy or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel and/or HR data tools.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to work with autonomy while being a strong team collaborator.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and new technologies related to HR processes.
  • Structured, detailoriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful HR initiatives.
