Purpose
- Support and facilitate the effective governance and smooth execution of JV (Joint Venture) Management activities including management and coordination of JV steerco and board meetings, maintaining department and project and JV dashboards, JV documentation database, support to JV managers, through coordination with multiple internal stakeholders and partners.
Responsibilities
- Organize and Coordinate JV governance meetings, JV STCO meetings including preparation, collation of deliverables, issuing Minutes of Meetings and action monitoring and follow-up
- Support the preparation of Board of Director meetings and expedite resolution of resulting actions
- Update and maintain the JV yearly planner, the JV Dashboards and Partner Dashboards including e.g. zippering plans, key account managers & sponsors
- Own and maintain all JV file management and JV documentation database
• Support JV Managers monitoring of JV Project Budgets and track actual vs budgeted costs of external service providers - Manage partner KYC (Know Your Customer) process for new partners and/or transactions and maintain partner KYC (Know Your Customer) database
- Support JV Managers on day-to-day activities, particularly to communicate, streamline, manage, coordinate, document and file information to and from JV Partners
- Support JV Managers in management and coordination of JV equity needs in close cooperation with Treasury
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, both cross cultural and cross functional, fostering collaboration and communication, to drive successful outcomes for the department
Education
- Bachelor or similar degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of corporate work experience
- Proven ability to work independent with attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Effective communication, diligent, discrete, organized, and strong relationship, representation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cross-functional and-cross cultural teams and transactions
