Supply Chain Manager Product Line

Purpose
- As Supply Chain Manager Product Line, you act as the ambassador of Supply Chain for a designated Product Line.
- In close collaboration with the Management of the Product Line, and in alignment with the Group SC Strategy and initiatives, you translate the business needs into operational plans and supervise their execution.
- You develop and maintain synergies between projects and operations executed within the Product Line.
- You oversee resource allocation, manpower planning, and determine the need for subcontracting activities.
Responsibilities
- Staffing: you identify the resource needs of the Product Line for Projects and Operations by collaborating with the Supply Chain Discipline Managers and the Project & Operations management.
- You develop and monitor staffing plans, coordinate with other regions, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- You optimize relationships with department heads and keep all parties informed of project progress.
- You work closely with discipline managers to anticipate needs and implement company processes.
- You maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure that Product Line Supply Chain initiatives are aligned with the Group Supply Chain strategy.
- You develop and maintain relationships with key vendors for the Product Line, in alignment with the Category Management team as needed.
- You participate in group initiatives, providing project feedback on tools and processes.
- You manage talents by ensuring skill alignment, providing feedback, addressing performance issues, partnering with HR, and promoting talent growth.
Education
- Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas or similar relevant industry.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, customs, and compliance in the oil and gas sector.
