ROLE PURPOSE
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supporting PE and PM on offshore Construction activities
ROLE CONTRIBUITION
-
To contribute and execute Construction execution plans for medium to large-sized projects and Shutdown Campaigns.

Lead welding, painting, scaffolding, construction activities and vendor’s teams

Ensure installations are performed efficiently in accordance with the approved Task Risk Assessment and Permit To Work.

Coordinate Tanks repair/ Life Extension / POB Increase Projects.

Be accountable to the planning and execution, maintaining or reducing duration of activities.

To contribute to the scope of work documents for site subcontracts.

To ensure that all constructability concerns are addressed by either the project, fabric maintenance, shutdown and construction team.

To ensure that the relevant QA and HSE procedures are understood, in place, and enforced by all Construction personnel under his authority.

To be responsible for the Quality and Safety performance of all Construction personnel working under his authority.

To follow and/or review the construction procedures and planning input for that part of the project under his authority.

To contribute/prepare or supervise (dependent on project size) the preparation of Onshore/Offshore Installation work packs and job cards.

To plan and analyze the progress of the work, assess the situations, and initiate corrective actions.

To write and issue progress reports every week or as agreed with the project team.

To aid and advice to the Construction personnel working under his authority.

To ascertain the needs for training and development of the Construction supervisors and to inform the Construction Manager as appropriate.

To analyze and contribute creating a list with all necessary tools and consumables required for offshore activities execution
JOB REQUIRIMENTS

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Construction and/or Project Management in the offshore industry, with particular emphasis on FPSO/FSO Floating Production vessels.

A Bachelor’s degree or technical college diploma in Engineering or Materials Science.

Previous experience managing offshore activities preferable

Experience in shutdowns and major unit projects

Experience in maintenance and major campaigns
-
Tank Repair skills is desired

English (Advanced - Mandatory)

Inspection qualification (NDT, painting or welding) - Desirable
