ROLE PURPOSE

As a Digital Solution Framing Specialist, you collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define their digital solution needs and objectives, ensuring that project goals are clearly defined and successfully executed. This role involves refining and maintaining the product backlog, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality solutions in alignment with business objectives.

ROLE CONTRIBUITION

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and/or the Digital Solution Lead to gather, clarify, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and associated processes.

• Translate high-level business goals into actionable User Stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure proper UX/UI and associated mockup are issued and aligned to business expectations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the development team during sprints to address questions, resolve roadblocks, and provide guidance.

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to provide progress updates and gather feedback ensuring quality and continuous backlog prioritization.

• Assist in identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies throughout the development process.

• Ensure that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable, meeting both current and future business needs to rationalize digital ecosystems.

• Develop and document digital solution frameworks, standards and guidelines standardizing SBM digital solutions development.

JOB REQUIRIMENTS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, or similar role in an Agile environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

• Fluent English is essential.

•  Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and product design.

• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Azur DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is preferred.

• Experience in Oil&Gas industry and Data-Driven solutions is appreciated.
