ROLE CONTRIBUTION

 

1. In order that assigned activities are completed successfully (right quality and on-time) YOU ARE TO:
1.1. Understand and complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within agreed time frame ensuring proper use of English 1.2. Identify areas requiring more detailed instructions and clarify understanding, expectations as necessary
1.3. Ensure activities are completed with consistency and in compliance with work requirements, applicable employment laws & regulations and applicable policies, codes, standards, regulations and industry practices
1.4. Proactively highlight concerns as they arise, and (re)prioritize assigned activities to meet key milestones
1.5. Proactively provide customer base with status updates including timely feedback regarding potential issues/ solutions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer focus
1.6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate stakeholder to minimize delays in deliverables
1.7. Ensure work is documented in a well-structured format to clearly convey required information
1.8. Utilize organizational skills to ensure good house-keeping of deliverables and internal Human Resources records
1.9. Be self-motivated to improve on functional competences for the assigned work (for current and future demands)
1.10. Have understanding of how new events or changes will affect individuals and business processes and recommend necessary actions
1.11. Create, review and update (local) procedures and work instructions

 

2. In order to provide trusted data to enable the SBM business , you are to:
2.1. Seek alignment with stakeholder/ customer on the functional requirements; 2.2. Ensure compliance with the Data & Information Management Framework;
2.3. Provide support in areas like data analysis and/ or data cleansing;

 

3. To have effective working relationships amongst your customer base and other stakeholders,
YOU ARE TO:

3.1. Develop understanding of customer orientation and preferences 3.2. Maintain effective working relationships with others, both within and outside the team
3.3. Provide accurate and detailed information when escalating to the next support level;
3.4. Pro-actively approach involved colleagues to get feedback and updates in order to
accurately inform the end-user of the progress made and status;
3.5. Inform and educate your HR colleagues on cross- functional topics encountered

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor degree completed or ongoing
  • Experience in Payroll 
  • Experience with RM labore
  • Intermediate English level
