Description: 

Purpose

  • Responsible for preparing and registering all benefits in payroll systems in a timely and qualitive manner, in line with group procedures, internal control and local laws.
  • Understand the payroll system of your country as well as interface with HRIS and accounting systems.
  • Responsible for the Time Off administration: absences, sickness, maternity, paternity, work accident.
  • Responsible for reporting any issue to the PandB specialist or to the PandB manager (HRIS reporting, accounting problem, payroll software problem)

Responsibilities

  • Collect the payroll elements on a monthly basis
  • Process them in the payroll software
  • In charge of the reconciliation on monthly/quarterly/annual basis of all ledger accounts impacted by the payroll
  • Prepare all wage taxes instructions and payments for Payroll management and local Management to approve
  • Prepare all the documents for Payroll management check and Management approval on a monthly basis
  • Prepare the payroll audit documents and gather all audits documents requested from HR Admin part
  • Ensure a smooth communication is in place with the Payroll Manager
  • Collaborate and build relationships with International mobility specialists, HRIS team, HR admin to ensure of the accuracy of all payroll benefits and contractual information
  • Responsible for payment to third parties (pension, medical coverage, unemployment insurance…)
  • Prepare HeadCount reporting
  • Act as focal point for all absence registration and reporting
  • In charge of the Time Off accuracy and support to employees / HR community
  • Request payroll and CandB related purchase orders
  • ensure follow up with any third party when necessary
  • support closely the employees in their understanding of the benefits and payslips
  • Respond to payrollrelated inquiries and resolve concerns (tickets in Service Now) when these concerns are specific to countries

Education

  • HR degree with a payroll speciality
  • fluent in English
  • fluent in local language for officers in countries
  • knowledge of a local legislation is a must
  • Good level in excel

Experience

  • Good knowledge on payroll activities: regular tasks, registration
  • good communication skills
