Personnel Logistics Analyst

ROLE CONTRIBUTION

In order to prepare and execute the personnel Mobilization & Demobilization, your contribution YOU ARE TO:
 

· Registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP system

· Ensure a high level of service to travelers and manning agencies providing accurate information as coordinating the travel arrangements and logistics.

· Maintain updated in the system all necessary documents to embark

· Prepare list of embarks /disembarks in line with the operations team

· Provide reports to internal clients such as Payroll, FPSO, HR, etc.

· Act with mandatory shipping documents

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

· Completed bachelor's degree.

· Advanced English.

· Previous experience with offshore logistics.

· Knowledge of registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP system

· Knowledge of mandatory shipping documents
