ROLE PURPOSE

 

The Installation Personnel Coordinator ensures the safe and timely operations, staffing, planning, budgeting control and support of logistics activities for installation offshore personnel in Brazil, based on detailed personnel planning, considering the constraints and evolution of the projects. 

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

1.    In order to provide the Installation projects with the required offshore personnel, YOU ARE TO: 
 

1.1.    Update project manning plan / Fleet support planning
1.2.    Control all personnel documentation following the projects requirements (Medical – Bosiet – standard training – specific certificates/ training requested by each project )
1.3.    Liaise with agencies / vendors about personnel availability, in accordance with project personnel requirements 
1.4.    Coordinate flights with manning agencies or request flights in SBM booking tool for SBM staff
1.5.    Follow up visas for foreign project crew
1.6.    Provide the Project Manager with appropriate advice about mobilization / demobilization challenges (notice to traveller, visa and flight issues, cost optimization, alternative solutions...) to help for project optimization. 
1.7.    Registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP system
1.8.    Check BM from FPSOs and invoices from manning agencies
1.9.    Inform the FPSOs about the list of embarks / disembarks (installation personnel). 

 

The measure of your effectiveness in this will be: 

 

  • Stakeholders’ feedback (Operations Manager, Project Manager, traveller) 

  • Quality and cost effectiveness of the mobilization and demobilization
     

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in administrative areas;

  • Experienced professional with track record of similar Project Logistics Coordinator roles;

  • Operational logistics work experience, involving the mobilization of personnel (from various departments within the company, client, and vendors, etc.)

  • Knowledge of registration and programming in the SISPAT / SAP/ NADIA system

  • Knowledge of mandatory shipping documents


LANGUAGES

 

  • Fluent English mandatory 
  • Brazilian Portuguese
