JOB RESPONSABILITIES
• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Santos office, including maintenance, cleaning, reception and other services provided by the Facilities Department.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure high quality service delivery, sustainable, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Monitor facilities budgets to ensure cost effective solutions.
• Promote and implement initiatives that support SBM’s sustainability goals, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible resource usage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, local regulations, and environmental standards.
• Carry out regular office inspections to identify and address issues.
• Assist with space planning and office moves to optimize space utilization and encourage sustainable office practices.
• Maintain accurate records of facilities activities and prepare reports as required.
• Liaise with other departments to support organisational goals and initiatives.
• Respond to employee requests for facilities and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, inventory and other relevant records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a related field
• Previous experience in Facilities area
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
