Role Purpose

As a Global RCA Lead, you will support the Defect Elimination and Root Cause Analysis process, with a hands-on role in investigations, identifying the root causes of equipment failures, and contributing to the implementation of actions to prevent recurrence. This position plays an important role in enhancing equipment reliability and reducing operational risks across the fleet.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Defect Elimination and Root Cause Analysis process across the organization.
• Identify and analyze root causes of equipment failures.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented actions.
• Provide training and support to teams on defect elimination and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Continuously improve the defect elimination process to enhance equipment reliability

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Certification in RCA or Reliability is a preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, defect elimination, and root cause analysis.
Proven track record of successfully managing defect elimination processes in a global organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
