RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Knowledge reliability tools (Reliability Principles and Analytics, Reliability Strategies, RCM – Reliability-Centered Maintenance, FMEA – Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, RCA – Root Cause Analysis etc,)
•    Develop a Maintenance Strategy and keep it updated taking into account lessons learned from the Fleet.
•    Support to create, analyze and update the Maintenance Strategy for all installations during their lifecycle.
•    Define and update the Safety Critical Element Operation Performance Standards in line with the Maintenance Strategy.
•    Develop the means and support to revise/implement the Performance Standard
•    Support to create, implement, update and monitor the Maintenance System plus the continuous improvement of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
•    Introduce the CMMS to the vessels – IFS implementation. CMMS system maintenance and improvement projects implementations
•    Maintain the CMMS during the Operations phase, manage the administration for continuous improvement and for business processes
•    Correctly implement Maintenance Efficiency Audit programs to ensure the Work Order Quality.
•    To support in define, develop and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and plan in advance the maintenance strategy to comply with yearly KPIs target.
•    Liaise with supply chain department to ensure the minimum spare parts onboard complies with CMMS requirement.   
•    To adapt Maintenance Strategies and Maintenance Systems based on the objectives defined by company.
•    Leading the overall activities of Reliability Team
•    Ensure efficient and optimized execution of the maintenance and reliability considering practical, technical and financial constraints.
•    Liaise with regional unit teams to ensure that strategies are clear and well executed.
•    Liaise with group technical organisation to provide operational feedback from the fleet to influence new and optimised designs.
•    To support in define, develop and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and plan in advance the maintenance strategy to comply with yearly KPIs target.
•    Promote an awareness (fleet, shore base, Monaco) of the maintenance system (GEMS, Equipment Strategy, CMMS)
