Ability to collect document management requirements from each Party, and translate them into a fit-for-purpose document management strategy; Ability to design, set-up and maintain procedures, templates and tools to efficiently execute the work scope. Ability to organize, plan and coordinate the activities to fit into the overall schedule, and monitor on the progress.

Ability to conceptualize and dimension components or system designs based on functional requirements and multi-discipline engineering principles, taking into account the full life cycle (constructability, installability, operability, maintanability, sustainability)

Ability to manage fabricationandconstruction site or offshore engineering activities, resolving non-conformances and management of change process. Ability to provide technical oversight and clarification to activities. Ability to interface between on site team and back office.

Ability to perform a gap analysis between the strategy presented in the win phase versus the strategy during the execution phase to identify the risks and gains.
Ability of drafting and execution of Inspection Plan, compliance with the QCP, execution of vendor QCPandInspection Test Plans, subcontract management of third party inspection agencies, budget management and reporting, OWL management, NCR management, savings monitoring and reporting

Ability to recognise the functions and interactions of components of a larger system, define the performance life cycle and sustainability requirements and any specifications or contractual requirements to be able to design and engineer all system components.

Ability to understand and analyse complex engineering problems using appropriate tools including high level and preliminary calculations, as well as advanced engineeringandanalytical methods. Ability to interpret the results to provide engineering solutions to the original problem.

Abilty to demonstrate visible HSSE, Quality, Regulatory and Process Safety Leadership commitment through regular communication, discussion on related performance and Management visits when appropriate. Lead by example and 'walk the talk'.
